Overview
This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all subscription purchases made on PMT+ (pmtplus.com), a product of TTC Consulting Services Pvt Ltd. By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms described below.
We want you to be fully satisfied with PMT+. If you have any concerns, please contact our support team before initiating a cancellation or refund request.
Free Trial
All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start your trial. Your trial begins on the date you activate a paid plan and automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged and your account will revert to the free Starter plan at the end of the trial.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain full access to all paid features until that date.
- After cancellation, your account automatically downgrades to the free Starter plan. Your data is retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
- To cancel, navigate to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription or contact support at support@pmtplus.com.
Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following conditions:
- 7-day money-back guarantee: If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of a paid subscription (after your free trial ends), you may request a full refund. This applies to first-time paid subscriptions only.
- Billing errors: If you were charged incorrectly due to a technical error on our end, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge.
- Duplicate charges: Duplicate payments will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are not provided for:
- Partial months or unused days remaining in a billing cycle.
- Subscription renewals where notice was not provided before the renewal date.
- Downgrades from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle.
- Add-on purchases or one-time charges unless they resulted from a billing error.
Enterprise & Custom Plans
Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise or custom-negotiated plans are governed by the individual contract or Service Level Agreement (SLA) signed at the time of purchase. Please refer to your contract or contact your account manager for details.
How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Email us at support@pmtplus.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Your Account Email]".
- Include your account email, subscription plan, and reason for the request.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Changes to This Policy
TTC Consulting Services Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of PMT+ after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
